The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel, making my stay incredibly restful.

The lighting in the room felt clinical and was not very warm or inviting.

i had a great stay at surestay hotel by best western! the rooms were clean and comfy, and honestly exceeded my expectations considering my previous stays in this city. the staff were super helpful, and the breakfast options were decent for fueling up my family before a long day.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Shower pressure exceeded expectations, making for a rejuvenating experience.

No hot water for two days, making it impossible to take a good shower. The hallway felt frigid, and check-in took an unnecessarily long time, requiring a search for help.

i really thought the stay would be a delight, but i had NO hot water for two days—can you believe that? The service at check-in was astonishingly slow, took 15 minutes to find someone! Plus, i wouldn't have minded a room upgrade for the trouble, but i guess that was too much to ask.

This place was a wonderful surprise after a long drive, with comfy beds and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the well-stocked vending machines really added to our downtime. The only thing I’d say is that breakfast could be a bit more exciting, but it didn't take away from our stay! 😊

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a microwave. I loved the private bathroom with nice toiletries and a hairdryer. The fridge was handy for keeping drinks cold. The wake-up service worked great, and the towels were fresh. The spa facilities were a nice touch!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy and spacious, exactly what we needed after a long drive. The beds felt like clouds! Plus, the Wi-Fi was strong, so we could relax and connect.
